V8 Update: Honey I Shrunk The Stage

- Updated the overall area of the arena to be roughly half of its original size, keeping the action much more constant and frantic.
- Improved the overall design and hitbox of the ball, improving the overall presentation of the game's main character.
- Changed "Free Play" to "P1 vs P2".
- With the vertical reduction of the game's arena, removed the default light pillars denoting character location by default (can still be enabled with U and O).
